💌 My Personal Note

Today, I want to share one of my nostalgic childhood snacks, Vitamin Castella!

It’s a classic treat that’s been loved in Hokkaido (my hometown) for nearly 100 years! Soft, gently sweet, and the perfect little bite for an afternoon snack.

My mom sometimes sends us a box, and we all enjoy it together. My kids love it just as much as I do!

Thanks for reading. Matane またね!
