💌 My Personal Note

My favorite snack: Hoshi-imo, dried sweet potatoes! 🍠
My kids love them so much that we sometimes compete for the last piece! They’re packed with fiber, vitamins, and natural sweetness, perfect for a healthy snack. If you spot them at the store, give them a try! I recommend toasting them lightly in a toaster for a warm, crispy finish.

Thanks for reading. Matane またね!

The long noodles symbolize a long, healthy life, and the warm broth is such a peaceful, comforting way to end the year. Our Toshikoshi Soba for 2025!
