Today, I’m sharing 5 Onigiri Bento Box ideas—one for each weekday—to help you pack tasty, balanced lunches you can take anywhere.

If you’ve been thinking about prepping your lunches ahead of time, onigiri bento is a must-try. Onigiri (Japanese rice balls) are portable, satisfying, and so easy to make. I’ve selected some of my favorite combinations from my collection of onigiri recipes, each paired with colorful veggie sides.

These bentos are beginner-friendly, and most of the prep can be done the night before, so your mornings stay stress-free.
