✨New! Onigiri 101: A Beginner’s Guide

Hi there Reader --

Today, I’m sharing Onigiri 101: A Beginner’s Guide.

I’ve shared a lot about onigiri before, but this time I wanted to create a clear, beginner-friendly guide that brings everything together.

If you’re looking to try something new, onigiri are a great place to start. And if you already make them, I hope this guide works as a helpful refresher.

And just for fun, I also posted about some Ichigo (strawberry) Snacks I tried. Take a look if you’re interested!

💌 My Personal Note

I made miso with my daughter recently, one classic batch and one sweeter version. Now we wait 3 to 6 months and let it ferment and age.

I filmed the process, so I’ll share a video once it’s all put together!

Thanks for reading. Matane またね!
