New! Nourishing Natto Rice Bowl with Okra and Yam

Hi there Reader --

It’s been a while! I hope your 2025 is off to an excellent start.

If you're looking to try something new this year, how about sticky foods like natto, okra, and yams? They may be slimy (I promise, it's not as scary as it sounds!), but they’re packed with nutrients—and surprisingly delicious!

I first tried this rice bowl years ago at Ootoya, a Japanese restaurant, and it was so good that it’s still on their menu today! Since I couldn’t find it at Ootoya US, I decided to make a simpler version to share with you!
