✨ New! Japanese Soups Ready in 10 Minutes

Hi there Reader --

As the weather gets cooler, a warm bowl of soup feels especially comforting!

This week, I’m sharing two simple Japanese soups: Kakitamajiru and Sumashijiru. Both are made with a light dashi-based broth and pair beautifully with everyday Japanese meals.

If miso soup isn’t your favorite, these are delicious alternatives to try! I also made a video showing you how to prepare both soups, so be sure to check it out.
