✨New! Japanese Curry

Hi there Reader --

Japanese curry is a popular school lunch in Japan, and many of us grew up eating it at home. My kids are always excited when it’s on the menu!

This simple Japanese curry rice recipe uses curry roux, and I also share how to make it from scratch if you prefer not to use roux.

I also made a video showing both ways to make Japanese curry. I hope these recipes and the video encourage you to make it at home!
